Thank You!

I do like to make lists and I do like to be reminded of happy times so partly this post is for me, but mostly it’s for the incredibly trusting and wonderful couples who allowed me to be a part of their day. I look back on 2011 very emotionally, this has been a wonderful year, I’ve been so fortunate to have met the most amazing people, witness the most intimate, loving and insanely gorgeous days from simple, intimate London weddings to fun and fabulous destinations as far flung as Mexico to finally getting a pass on to Burgh Island!

I’ve come to realise over the last year just how much I love photographing people, that I particularly love photographing people in love, I might dabble in a bit of food photography, some baby portraits but what I keep coming back to, what I can’t get enough of, what makes my heart sing is people + love. It’s been said before and it may sound cliche but I know I am very lucky (I did a job for far too many years that I loathed so believe me when I say I know how lucky I am) and I am very, very grateful to those couples who choose me to capture one of the most important days of their lives.

A massive THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart. Wishing you all a fabulous Christmas and an even better year ahead, I can’t wait for 2012!
