Daphne & Alex had possibly the coldest Beloved shoot I’ve ever had to do (but also one of the loveliest) so it was only fair that their wedding day be filled with warm sunshine, which thankfully appeared just after the ceremony!
The day began with the bride and groom getting ready at The Berkeley Hotel – probably one of the nicest in London, Daphne and her 5 beautiful bridesmaids and Alex and his five grooms men – I love a big bridal party! Especially those who want to do some fun formals ;). Once everyone was ready they headed just across the road to St Pauls (Knightsbridge) for the service and ceremony. It was when the couple exited that they were greeted with glorious sun, perfect timing for the confetti throwing and the formal images. We then left the guests to start on the canapes whilst we created our couple images. Speeches followed dinner with a little break in tradition having the Chief Bridesmaid, Abbey make a very touching speech about Daphne before Alex and the Best Man followed. The first dance was played by the band and the dance floor filled for some interesting moves and I left as the party carried on well into the night.
Daphne, Alex wasn’t this the most wonderful day? Thank you so much for letting me capture it xx
